Integrated into the Volunteer Matrix system is the ability of your volunteers to quickly and easily post their activity on your site to their Facebook page &/or Twitter account. Our system provides them with a personal Share Link that when used by their friends & family will show where the volunteer is scheduled, allowing their friends and family to sign up to volunteer along side them. If they don't want to post their personal link, they are able to post a generic one which will point to your volunteer calendar.

These same features also apply to volunteer groups. The group leader can schedule their group, then give out the Group Share Link to the group members, who can use that to see where their group is scheduled, and pick the shifts they wish to volunteer on. Anyone using the Group Share Link is also added to the volunteer group so that in the system and reports you see the group members all together.

Volunteer Matrix also includes "Volunteer Friends" features which allow the volunteers in your system to friend each other. They can also choose to automatically friend all members of their volunteer groups. Once friended, they can message each other over the system, view each others schedule, etc. They are also able to unfriend anyone, and disable the friend options if desired.
